It was close to Le gare du Nord and Gare du L'Est which meant great metro links and I could store my suitcase on the day of departure and enjoy a full day in Paris and simply collect my suitcase minutes before checking-in for my Eurostar train. The internet access rate was reasonable.
They only supplied one towel and the bathroom smelled a bit foisty occasionally

The Location of the hotel is good a few minutes walk to the metro and a lot of resturants and Mc Donald around the corner.
The Receptionist is not very approachable and lack of customer service. Its not ideal hotel if you have kids like us travelling with 2 years and 5 years old. Its not a very pleasant stay and when we arrived at the hotel, we have pay the room in front and cash money. The facilities is not brilliant, room, toilet is not clean. We dont recommend the hotel if you are travelling with young kids.

The comfort double room offered a great ambiance, with a spacious layout and clean amenities. Proximity to Gare du Nord. At night, the surrounding area felt unsafe due to the presence of loitering groups, which detracted from the overall comfort. The noise from the street was also bothersome.

Near to train station and along main road easy to locate.
The ceiling board was falling down and placed inside the toilet. Lighting level not very good.

It is very close to Metro, Eurostar train and Bus. Hotel was clean and tidy. Staff were cooperative and helpful.
Room was small but all facilities were there.too much noise if you keep open the window. Bad smell came out from carpet.

The staff were friendly and very helpful. The rooms were very clean and comfortable and the amenities were excellent. The hotel was close to Gare du Nord, supermarkets and restaurants. The area was safe at night despite it's prior reputation and we did not encounter any problems whatsoever.

Very close to Gare du Nord station and metro, excellent restaurants nearby, hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms were very clean, amenities were very good, internet in foyer. Laundrette and internet service two or three doors away. I would recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Paris for short or long stays.

We had an awesome stay in a spacious family room with a huge bath and convenient overhead shower that the kids loved. It was great to unwind at the lovely rooftop terrace after exploring all day, but the breakfast area got a bit crowded during peak hours. Overall, we had a fantastic time enjoying everything Paris has to offer! 😊
